Jeep Wrangler has made its debut in India featuring subtle design enhancements, a refreshed interior, and several new features while still being offered in its familiar Unlimited and Rubicon variants. With over 100 pre-orders already secured, Jeep anticipates starting deliveries of the facelifted Wrangler to customers by mid-May 2024.

Price Specifications of 2024 Wrangler

As compared to the pre-facelift model, the Jeep SUV has seen a price increase of Rs 5 lakh compared to the pre-facelift model.

Design Specifications

The updated Wrangler showcases a redesigned grille featuring seven sleek black slats. Available in both soft-top and hard-top variants in India, it also gets new 18-inch alloy wheels. However, its rear profile closely resembles that of the pre-facelift model.

Interior Specifications

Inside, a revised dashboard layout is present, highlighting a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen at the center, now equipped with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The central AC vents have been redesigned for a sleeker look and repositioned to accommodate the larger infotainment unit.

In addition to the updated touchscree, the 2024 Wrangler is equipped with wireless phone charging, a 7-inch colored display in the instrument cluster, 12-way power-adjustable front seats, and dual-zone AC. 

In terms of safety, it includes six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a reversing camera, and several advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

Exclusively Petrol Powered 

The facelifted model retains the same 2-liter turbo-petrol engine delivering 270 PS power and 400 Nm torque as its predecessor. Paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox, the petrol engine comes equipped with powerful 4x4 hardware, featuring various drive modes and locking differentials.

Competitors 

In India, the updated Jeep Wrangler presents a more budget-friendly alternative to luxury off-roaders like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class and Land Rover Defender.
